The traditional home buyer process starts on your own by yourself with an endless internet search on all the top search sites and hours, days, weeks or months driving to preview homes. This traditional endless internet search and preview of homes typically leads to frustration, missed opportunities, creates fear, doubt, worry and can take very long to find a home. For some the result leads to a home buyer settling for the home that is not their perfect home. Having an agent helps but most Real Estate Agents also rely on the traditional path to your home search. A typical agent will focus on the Multiple Listing Service as their main or only source for your search. More important is that most agents do not have a process to develop trust in yourself so you feel more confident in the decisions you make as a home buyer. 

The traditional buyer process skips developing the trust and confidence you need in yourself, as a home buyer. It is crucial to feel confident when important and timely decisions must be made. If you as a buyer lack trust and confidence when looking for your first or next home the process of searching and deciding on a home can take much longer, cause frustration, anxiety and may lead to a missed opportunity to buy your perfect home. This process helps a buyer to be clear and confident in their decision. The buyer process I use is designed to develop trust in me as your Real Estate Agent but more importantly to build trust and confidence in yourself as a home buyer. For most people the purchase of a home is the largest investment they will make in their lifetime. The buyer process I use allows you as a home buyer to develop the trust and confidence you need in yourself when making your decision on what home to buy. 

On our first meeting we will review the funnel home search I use to help you feel confident you did not miss anything during your home search. This funnel search includes homes within the Multiple Listing Service and outside the MLS. We will spend time on what you need in a home, what you want in a home and why you need those certain features in a home.  Throughout our time together I will ask certain questions at the appropriate time.  The questions I ask paint a better picture in my mind of what you need in a home. If you are a couple you may also learn more about what matters most to your partner. As we work together and as we ask questions throughout your Buyer Process you will gain confidence in your decisions. This allows the process to move at a quicker speed and you need less time to make a decision. 

My Buyer Process also gives you all the information that will be required to purchase the home you choose, before you place an offer.
