home seller process

You as a Home Seller must make several Key Decisions when it comes to the successful sale of your home…

My seller process

home seller key decisions

The most important factor in getting a home sold are the key decisions a Home Seller will make.

seller Key decisions

The most important factor in getting a home sold are the key decisions a Home Seller will make. You as a Home Seller will ultimately be the one(s) deciding on these and other key factors when it comes to the sale of your home:

List Price
Condition of your home
Showing Availability

When you do not feel confident that you are making the best decision emotions will run high.

Series of emotions

As a Home Seller will go through a series of emotions when selling your home. The stakes are high when it comes to making the key decisions required to sell your home. Decisions can be challenging because your opinions may differ from each as a couple. Your opinions may differ from the opinions of the agent representing you, they will differ from the opinions of the buyer and the agent representing the buyer. When you do not feel confident that you are making the best decision emotions will run high. When emotions are high clear and confident decisions are difficult or can not be made. When decisions are difficult the time to sell your home will take longer and may affect the ability to sell your home due to changes in factors like the market. Every week there are homes that were listed by homeowners with goals of selling their home but due to poor decisions the listing expired and the home does not sell.

Working together we will focus on developing trust and a commitment to clarity

Trust & Clarity

My goal in the seller process I follow is to commit to developing the trust you have in me as your agent, developing the trust you have in making key decisions and commit to clarity. Working together we will focus on developing trust and a commitment to clarity on the following so you have more confidence in making the key decisions needed to sell your home:

Your Goals
Your Motivation
Your Expectations
Home Values
The Market
Sales Proceeds

It is my job as your agent to help you gain clarity on each step of the seller process.  When you are clear and confident you have more trust in your decisions and have more control over emotions that traditionally impact the sale of a home.

In the Seller Process I follow we work together to define your goals and learn what your motivations are.

Traditional seller process vs my seller process

Your home may be the largest investment in your financial portfolio and when it comes to selling you want to feel confident you are not selling too low and leaving too much on the table.

When a home seller does not have clarity on the factors like: the market, affecting the sale of a home; emotions will be multiplied and the ability to make decisions will be more difficult or not possible. In the traditional home seller process the time and effort taken on developing trust and clarity is short or non existent. Traditionally the focus first is on the home, the price and date needed to sell. Once those decisions are made then as the process continues the seller learns more about how those decisions will guide their goals and as events occur they face the need to make decisions. This is when emotions take over and decisions are difficult to be made. When decisions are difficult the time to act and respond to conditions like the market affect the sale of a home.

In the Seller Process I follow we work together to define your goals and learn what your motivations are. We will take time to review your expectations, home values and market conditions. We will review proceeds and what to expect if market conditions change. As we focus on clarity of these and other factors the trust in you ability to make key decisions such as Price, the homes condition and the showing availability can be made as events occur and conditions change.

I look forward to meeting you. Call or click to set a day and time to meet
